My name is Innina and it's with a heart full of joy and gratitude that I'm giving energy treatments to my clients. I'm a Jikiden Reiki (traditional Japanese Reiki) practitioner and Shihan (teacher), Meditation teacher, EFT therapist, intuitive, empathic, and lover of mother nature.

Our hectic lives and the world can challenge our energetic balance so much.

I find it essential to be able to reconnect to the source energy. I'm grateful and honored to help and guide people to remember this natural and beautiful connection.

MY STORY

I'm half Japanese with Indian and Iranian roots born in Switzerland. I grew up in a multicultural family and have been always fascinated by the energetic world.

I started my journey in Geneva Switzerland as a tattoo artist for about 7 years, then I moved to Berlin being a performer in the cabaret variety industry for 10 years all around Europe, Canada, the US, and also Japan.
I also started playing music in a rock band with my partner Kris at that time.

I worked in a start-up company as a performance coach in Berlin for a little while.

I've been also teaching and coaching women all around the globe to feel more confident in themselves through body positivity and positive empowerment. Helping someone realize how beautiful they actually already are has been bringing me so much joy.

​It's been a fascinating time but my soul was calling for something more. The healing side of my journey expanded naturally to Jikiden Reiki after I read the books of my dear teacher Frank Arjava Petter who I had the honor to follow the Shoden and Okuden seminar in Greece. Since then, the Reiki philosophy has been part of my way of life.

​Out of curiosity, I also studied Western-style Reiki and became a Western-style Reiki master. I found it very interesting but somehow included way more New Age concepts in the teachings. That experience made me realize that I had more connection to the traditional Japanese and direct teachings of Jikiden Reiki ®. My Japanese roots can't ignore and exclude the importance of the culture from my practice.

As a complement, I graduated as an EFT (tapping) practitioner from the Priority Academy. I found that EFT has shown excellent results to reduce specific issues. The combination of Reiki and EFT has been a life changer for me. That's the main reason why I want to share this fascinating and easy-to-use tool with my clients as well. Meditation came naturally to me on my journey and I started teaching it online in the middle of the Pandemic in 2020.

In the Summer of 2021, I moved to South Sardinia, next to Cagliari to be more in tune with my values, close to the sea and nature.

In April 2023 I finally got to Japan for a month after 7 years of not being able to go back. I was reconnected instantly with my roots and my dearest family there. 

That's also when I had the opportunity to go to the Jikiden Reiki Kenkyukai in Kyoto for the first time. It was a great honor to become a Jikiden Reiki Shihankaku (junior teacher) under the teaching of Tadao Yamaguchi Sensei (son of Chiyoko Yamaguchi that learned directly from Chujiro Hayashi, one of the direct students of Mikao Usui)

In June 2024, I went back to Japan, at the Jikiden Reiki Institute in Kyoto and had the immense honor of becoming a Jikiden Reiki Shihan (teacher) under the teaching of Tadao Yamaguchi Sensei.

I'm grateful and delighted to be on this path, where light, presence, compassion, and love are the heart essence of the practice.
